Company Principals -- Rebecca Smith President
Rebecca has been in the mortgage industry for over 30 years. Having held executive management positions with National lenders and also working closely with the direct borrower provides a unique perspective that gives her the ability to understand the challenges from both the borrowers and the lenders point of view, allowing her to assist the borrower navigate the home loan process seamlessly by anticipating and providing solutions that will get the loan funded with a minimum of delays and paperwork.
After assisting her own parents obtain a reverse mortgage loan, she discovered the importance of knowledge and commitment to a higher level of service and education to seniors was needed. “Providing education and accurate information is essential for all real estate mortgage transactions, but even more important when dealing with seniors who have worked a lifetime to build their largest asset.” Rebecca feels that with the implosion of new companies offering reverse mortgage loans, that working with individuals and companies that have a proven track record of professionalism and knowledge of reverse mortgage lending is even more important today.
